Types of booking
Booking through Apropa Cultura is very simple. Below we set out the process for booking tickets.
The cultural offer is available through 2 types of booking
Direct booking, or booking on request, throughout the year
Booking through a call, on the scheduled dates. During the season we open several calls in which cultural promoters put forward their proposals and centres can request activities to enter an allocation by draw.
Direct booking
Request the tickets for an activity or show directly
Beyond the seasonal activities that appear in the calls, cultural programmers can leave booking requests open for some of their shows throughout the year.
This makes it possible to book the activities you want directly, without having to be within a call period.
Some direct activities require a request first: make the booking and wait for the programmer's answer.

Apropa Cultura uses a fair and transparent ticket allocation system so that every social centre and service has the same opportunities.
Each step of the process has its own periods, which you will find in the Call Calendar. Two rounds of allocations are always held, to widen the chances of booking the activities that interest you most.
