Social entities policy
To enjoy the programme and make responsible and respectful use of it, it is important to bear this information in mind.
We want you to fully enjoy your outings with Apropa Cultura!
1. Before making a booking
Keep these aspects in mind so you can make a booking with Apropa Cultura:
- Only people supported by a social centre or service and the necessary companions may access Apropa Cultura reduced-price tickets.
Under no circumstances may the group be made up only of companions, whether volunteers, educators or family members.
- Remember that the minimum per group is 5 people with the Apropa rate and 7 people with the reduced rate.
- Be clear about your accessibility needs and state them on the booking form. That way, the people who welcome you will have the information they need and can assist you as well as possible.
- If you anticipate that someone in the group will need to leave the hall during the show, note it on the booking form under comments and special needs.
2. Once the booking is made
What should we keep in mind?
- To secure your places, it is very important to make the ticket payments within the deadlines set by the cultural venues, as detailed on the booking form.
- Remember to upload the payment receipt to the "Payments" section of the control panel.
- If you have already paid and want to change your booking, contact the Apropa coordinator of the cultural programmer, who will tell you whether it is possible.
- If you want to change the accessibility conditions (number of wheelchairs) contact the Apropa coordinator of the cultural programmer, who will tell you about availability.
- If, once the booking is paid, you realise you cannot attend, inform the programmer's Apropa coordinator. The ticket amount will not be refunded. However, they will try their best to find you an alternative.
3. On the day of the activity
The moment to live the experience has arrived!
If there is a last-minute change, on the day of the outing notify the venue's box office.
- Bear in mind this point is important because, with time, the venue can reorganise to relocate a group and avoid leaving empty seats in the middle of the stalls. Out of respect for the artists and the people who were left without a ticket, it is important to take care of these details.
- Also inform the cultural programmer's Apropa Cultura coordinator. We cannot guarantee it, but we will try to find an alternative. The ticket amount will not be refunded.
- For shows, you must arrive at least 30 minutes early to collect your tickets and find your seats calmly.
- For museum spaces, you must arrive in advance to leave your things in the cloakroom and get ready for the visit.
- Bear in mind there may be a queue to collect tickets and you may need time to find parking.
Reselling tickets is not allowed. If you have spare tickets on the day of the activity, you must hand them in at the box office.
4. Inside the hall
It is important to anticipate these factors so that everyone attending enjoys the show.
It is very important to turn off mobile phones so as not to interrupt or disturb during the show.
- Remember that eating and drinking is prohibited inside theatres, museums and other cultural venues. Of course, at an open-air festival or event you can do so naturally.
- While the show lasts, you may only leave during applause. In some cases, if you leave the hall you will not be able to re-enter.
- If you see that someone in the group needs to leave the hall during the show, inform the hall staff, who will tell you how to proceed most appropriately.
Failure to comply with this policy is grounds for removal from the programme and automatic cancellation of all bookings made after the incident, without a refund.
