We explain everything you need to know to enjoy Apropa Cultura.

This website is an online platform where coordinators, educators and social centre managers can buy tickets for the regular programming of cultural venues.

To start enjoying the whole cultural offer of Apropa Cultura you first need to register your centre. Registration is completely free for social entities.

Step-by-step registration, it's very easy!

To start booking tickets, you just need to follow these steps:

1. Go to the Apropa Cultura website and send your request by filling in the registration form.
2. Registration and validation: Our central office will review your request and you will receive a confirmation email with your username and rate.
3. First login: Log in with your username and request a new access password, which you will receive by email. Log in to the website and you're all set!
4. Bookings: Check the programme and make your bookings! If you need help, contact Apropa and we will guide you through your first outing!

How to choose your outing:

1. Use the programme search to see the whole current offer. You can filter the search by your interests: schedules, theme, group...
2. On each venue's page you will find very useful information to prepare the outing: location map, how to get there and accessibility conditions. You will also find detailed information about the activity: dates, duration, description and age rating.
3. Once you find what you like, just click on the listing and make the booking.
4. There are two types of booking, direct and by call. This information appears on each event's page.

Booking and payment

Confirming the booking

1. To secure your places, it is very important to pay for the tickets within the deadlines set by the cultural venues.
2. Remember to upload the payment receipt to the "Payments" section of the control panel.
3. Don't forget to review the booking. A few days before the outing, check that the request details are correct: number of people, schedule...
4. If you book a free activity, you will find it directly in the "my bookings" section.
